Service Description

You'll be scheduling a one-to-one new patient TELEMEDICINE evaluation with Dr. Stephen Watson via TELEPHONE or COMPUTER. This remote telehealth visit with our Board-certified urology specialty physician is intended as your introduction to our practice and our introduction to your urology needs and concerns. This telemedicine visit is not performed in the doctor's office. The visit will address your questions, eventually leading to a recommended face-to-face urology office evaluation with physical examination. This telehealth visit is ideal when face-to-face evaluation is not suitable, such as with the coronavirus outbreak. Up to forty-five minutes will be set aside for this physician visit, depending on your needs. During your visit you may discuss symptoms, test results or other concerns. At your option, you may use our messaging service to provide outside lab, radiology results, or pictures. Likewise, Dr. Watson may provide you with medical documents, all by means of your mobile phone or computer. No special software is required. Dr. Watson will evaluate your specific urological concerns, explain options, and outline recommendations for comprehensive evaluation. Whether you have a chronic urology condition, a new concern or just a need for a second urological opinion, Dr. Watson will analyze your situation and provide direction. At the appointed date and time, we’ll call and connect you with Dr. Watson by the tele-method of your choice. You may make payment by telephone at the time of your visit and even arrange an in-office visit for a later date. Insurers may not cover this service; therefore, you may waive your insurance for this visit and a discount cash payment will apply. Dr. Watson will discuss the pros and cons of various forms of urology specialty evaluation and treatment available here and elsewhere, explain how quality specialty services may be accessed (particular to your needs) and, if you prefer, introduce you to discount options for lab and radiology services, medications and natural treatments.
