Immediate Opening for Office Medical Assistant .. January 2026
We are currently hiring a full-time (or part-time) office assistant to work with Dr. Watson. The job is open immediately as of December 23, 2025. Paid on the job training will be part of the learning process for this position, as proctored by one of our current friendly experienced staff. The successful applicant will work primarily from our Mandeville office location located at 1665 Dove Park Road.
This position involves telephone responsibilities, chart preparation, insurance verification, and patient care .. among other duties. To some degree, job duties may be customized to fit unique qualifications of the applicant. Typical work hours are 9-5 Monday thru Thursday, and 9-2 Fridays. Experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
Pay is concordant with employee experience and proven contribution to upholding and exceeding our strong record of patient care and satisfaction. This position is often filled by an hourly wage earner, but a salaried position may be considered for highly qualified dependable employees.
