1. Preconception (Preparing for Pregnancy)

TheraNatal OvaVite® also is a preconception supplement providing the same multivitamin tablet as TheraNatal Core, plus two NeoQ10 softgels to support healthy egg quality.
NeoQ10 is a coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) supplement formulated by Theralogix for improved absorption. Each 125 mg softgel of NeoQ10 delivers the same amount of CoQ10 as 375-750 mg from standard CoQ10 supplements.
CoQ10 levels naturally decrease with age, therefore TheraNatal OvaVite® may be used in circumstances where extra nutrient may be needed for egg quality, particularly when considering starting a family a little later in life.
2. P0stconception (during Pregnancy)
You can continue taking TheraNatal Core and OvaVite during early pregnancy, but once you reach the end of the first trimester, nutrient needs change and a prenatal vitamin supplement is indicated.

3. Neonatal (after Pregnancy and Breastfeeding)

TheraNatal Lactation Complete is a three-pill-per-day postnatal supplement formulated specifically for breastfeeding mothers. It’s similar to TheraNatal Complete, and delivers the same dose of essential nutrients like choline, iodine, and DHA.
160 mcg (6,400 IU) of vitamin D3 to support healthy vitamin D levels in breast milk and eliminate the need for infant vitamin D drops
9 mg of iron to reflect lower iron needs while lactating

4. Post-neonatal (after Breastfeeding .. or .. When Choosing Not to Breastfeed)
